Rhapsody Tours is a Euronet subscriber with RailEurope, directly online with the European railway system for real-time ticketing (point-to-point and Passes) and reservations throughout the entire Eurail system. Our Rail Desk issues all RailEurope products, including:

FOR ALL ORDERS, PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

	Name of passengers as they appear on Passports
	Contact information: full address and telephone number
	Personal information: include age if children traveling or if you're purchasing a youth pass, and citizenship;
	Dates/times of travel: dates of rail travel; preferred time of departure
	Individual tickets: city pairs for each sector requested (advise if reservation not required, and if you want second instead of first class seats or beds)
	Rail Passes: first day of travel; countries to be included; number of days of rail travel required; number of passengers traveling together; Railpass protection required (in case of loss)
	Personal preferences (if any): type of train, smoking or non-smoking; type of seating (window/center/aisle).

PLEASE NOTE:

	Ticket delivery: all rail ticket and document packages will be delivered by overnight FedEx to ensure secure, quick delivery (a separate courier charge for shipping may be added to your order).
	Method of payment: we accept VISA or MasterCard (do not e-mail card information; we will advise on secure payment procedure). Full payment will be required before tickets are issued.
	Changes to Reservations: if changes are requested in writing prior to tickets/Passes being issued, there will be a nominal processing charge; if changes are required after tickets have been issued, information on refunds will be provided (refunds may not be possible on some orders); if you cancel your trip after tickets are issued, for whatever reason, information will be provided on refund available (if any); Rhapsody Tours strongly recommends that you purchase trip cancellation insurance (click here for travel insurance information).
