TOUR ITINERARY:

Day 1:

SATURDAY:

Warsaw (d)

Arrival in Warsaw.
A meeting with your tour escort at your hotel, the Radisson SAS at 6:00 p.m.
Dinner at the local restaurant in the Old Town Square.
Evening Chopin concert
Overnight at hotel in Warsaw

Hilton Hotel in Warsaw.

Day 2: SUNDAY:

Warsaw (b/d)
Half-day sightseeing tour of Warsaw, including Old Town (UNESCO Site) and Royal Castle.
Drive to Zelazowa Wola, birthplace of Chopin.
Home cooked dinner with Polish hospitality and folk music.
Overnight at hotel in Warsaw

Hilton Hotel in Warsaw.

Day 3: MONDAY:

Warsaw, Czestochowa, Auschwitz and Krakow (b/l)
Drive to Czestochowa to visit the Jasna Gora Monetary (Black Madonna and Treasury).
Lunch at local restaurant. Onward to visit Auschwitz.
Continue to Krakow.
Overnight in Krakow hotel

Day 4: TUESDAY:

Krakow (b)

 

Guided city tour in Krakow, including Royal Castle, Old Town, Main Market Square, Cloth Hall.
Coffee break at famous Krakow café.
Afternoon on your own.
Overnight in Krakow hotel.

Day 5: WEDNESDAY:

Krakow and Zakopane (b/d)
Morning departure for Zakopane. Half day tour of this picturesque resort town at the foot of the Tartra Mountains.
Dinner at local restaurant with folk dancing and music.
Overnight at Zakopane hotel

Kasprowy Hotel in Zakopane.

Day 6:

THURSDAY:

Zakopane, Wieliczka and Warsaw (b/l/d)

 

Morning departure for Warsaw, stopping at Wieliczka to see oldest salt mine in Europe.

Visit unique underground salt lakes, chambers and chapels.

Lunch at local restaurant then drive to Warsaw.

Farewell dinner at hotel with typical Polish dishes. Overnight at Warsaw hotel

Day 7:

Warsaw (b)

 

After breakfast, transfers to the train station or airport, if departing Warsaw.
