The Lead Story:
The Mozart
Anniversary Tour-May 2006

Rhapsody Tours is proud
to introduce our Mozart Anniversary - 2006
escorted tour to
Munich, Augsburg, Salzburg and Vienna
starting May 1 through 11, 2006. For those wanting to continue the
experience as we travel on-ward from
Vienna to
Prague,
there is an optional 5 day add-on including 4 nights in the beautiful "City
of 100 Spires", where Mozart introduced some of his most famous works.
Imagine yourself back to the days of 1787 when
Mozart's "Don Giovanni" was
first being performed
in Prague's Theatre of Estates. That's where you'll
be, if you take the Prague add-on package. You'll
be thrilled by another of his most
famous pieces,
the "Magic Flute", in the same Theatre!
Imagine yourself being swept away by stirring renditions of
Mozart's best
orchestral works performed by the Mozarteum Orchestra in fabulous Salzburg,
or enjoying a sampling of Mozart's works played exquisitely by a string
ensemble while enjoying a wonderful five-course dinner in a historic setting dating
back many hundreds of years!
Our escorted tour will provide a very unique insight into the genius of
Mozart during the 250th Anniversary of his birth (January 27,
1756, in Salzburg). A number of special Mozart performances have been carefully built into
the tour to ensure a full experience of the best of Mozart. It will be
truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Making the overall experience
even more wonderful, Rhapsody Tours has invited
Stephanie Cowell
to be our special tour guest.
Stephanie is a former opera singer and now a very well respected author of
several historical and literary works, including the current international
best seller "Marrying Mozart". To read more about Stephanie, click below on

Who
Are We?
Rhapsody Tours is a
tour developer, operator and wholesaler. We package tours to Europe,
specializing in Central Europe, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands, both as
independent and escorted tours. These include tours for groups,
families, couples and singles, as well as for corporate incentive travel.
If we haven't
packaged it, we can build it for you.
We're experts at custom designing tours to
fit client's preferences and schedules. For examples, some of our more
recent customized package tours for family reunion , corporate reward and
family history tours have taken our clients to the Middle East, the Greek
Islands, to every remote corner of Slovakia, to the spas of Hungary, Austria
and Italy, to the Palladian villas of Veneto and Venice, and through the
Alps in Switzerland. When you know Europe as well as do, custom
designing becomes an "art" form.
We've been at
it since the early 1990's.
We're proud to be preferred
tour operators with the government Tourist Offices and Tourist Boards of our
destination countries. We come highly recommended and we enjoy a high
degree of repeat business from both sectors of our target market, they being
Travel Agents (who act as our retailers) and direct buyers that come to us
directly or by referral through the internet.
We're long-standing members of
various professional associations including ASTA and ACTA.
